New Fabric!

My Hand-dyed Fabrics

Each piece is unique and rich with color. Sometime I have to fight the urge to name them and frame them. I try to tweak to photos to represent the colors as accurately as possible, but it's very difficult to capture all of the layers of color in these.
I hope that my fabrics delight you and that you'll find lots of little surprises in the patterns -- I know I do. I'm always finding little pictures as I iron these -- LOL!

Sizes and content are as listed and price is $20.00 (USD), unless otherwise labeled.
Postage will be Priority Flat-rate, either US or International.
E-mail me at artgoose@yahoo.com , let me know the number(s) of the piece(s) you would like and I will send you a Paypal invoice. If you need more info or detail of the fabric, let me know.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal.

Hi Gisela,
I would be happy with any of these FABULOUS pieces. My personal favorites are, in order of preference: #34, #26, #83, #41, #23, #24, #62, #65, #69, #76, #23, #24, #55, #108, #116, #6, #7, #11, #16, #17
I think your dying is absolutely WONDERFUL!

Hi Gisela,

Oh Wow! - They are amazing! I am extremely jealous. We don't get a lot of snow here so there is no chance to snow dye!

I seriously love 101! If I don't win the give away I'll buy it anyway! (unless of course, the person who does win it chooses that one)

Oh, man, the folded pieces are unbelievable! These are just getting better and better. #112 is my fave! I just love your work.

They are all drop dead gorgeous! If I had to choose one, it would be #23. But I could be very happy with any of them!

Trying to pick a favorite is impossible! But I guess I'll go with #39.

Absolutely gorgeous! I'd love #85, though there are many others I'd be equally happy to have.

Absolutely gorgeous fabrics. My favorites are 121, 118, 82 and 7. I grew up in Chesterland, Ohio so I remember the lake effect. Now I'm in Maine so I get the coastal effect!

I really like #95. I think of the stormy water when I see this piece.

No. 7 catches my eye.

I've had a really hard time narrowing it down to one favorite, but I think mine is #83. You sure have a lot of nice fabrics here! And such beautiful work! I wish we had more snow here, so I could dye.

As I looked through them I thought "THAT one!...no, that one...no, that one! Who can choose?? They're all gorgeous! #100 stick out as a fav, but really, I'd love any of them!

These pieces are totally exquisitely gorgeous! I want every single one! I can't imagine cutting them up for quilts though. I love them all, especiallly #s 24, 41, 55, 71, 90, and my favorite is 112.
There has been a lot of discussion of snow dyeing this winter, but your work is the most beautiful I have seen. I would love to see a description of how you do it, and how you get these fabulous patterns. I live in Israel - just about zero snow here! I am going to try rust dyeing instead.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful creations.

My grandmother's name was Gisela, and I never met another Gisela, so nice to meet you - at least in cyberspace.
Will you sell the ones that you don't give away online?

This was way too hard to choose since they are all scrumptious! But put me down for 92. You are surely the queen of snow dyeing!

These are fantastic - so hard to chose - 23 is my fav with 61 a close second!

I have to go with the consensus....they are ALL beautiful. But, if I HAVE to choose...#61.

Thanks sew much for the chance to win!

So many beautiful choices. My favorite is #66. I would love any of the multi-color or blue. This is something I want to try, but have neither the time or the proper dyes at the moment

I would love any of these. They are all beautiful. I would even consider a trade.....
I love love love, 119, 117, 112, 109, 99, 98

Gisela,
I once turned down a job in Orchard Park, NY because of the lake effect. Just couldn't face that much snow. That was before I had heard about snow dyeing. It looks like so much fun. It must be like Christmas to see what you've got at the end. Almost too hard to pick a favorite but I would love #73 if picked. That would be awesome.

chinadoll said...

Hi Gisela, one of many favorites is #76.

Loved looking at all your beautiful fabric. I did some snow dyeing last winter and will be doing some this next weekend! Great fun, thanks for the info and encouragement. So many favorites, but any will do. I especially like #'s 33,34,61 and 62!
