- Gisela Towner
- I'm a painter/muralist/etc. Recently I got hooked on fabric and fibers, so I'm exploring how to these materials in my art. I feel as though I've found the thing that is going to tie together all of the other mediums that I love into one big happy package. Okay -- well maybe not the cement work that I do... I'm married to a great guy and we live with 5 rescued parrots. We have a grown daughter and 2 awesome grandsons. Was born in Germany and came over with my parents as a baby in 1957. I've lived in Germany, Ohio, Nevada, Oregon, California, then Oregon and Ohio again. Ive been a professional chef and a professional Girl Scout and a professional bartender in my past.

Beautiful, Gisela. Great submission to the exhibit.
I helped my friend make 1,000 silver paper cranes for her wedding reception. This is the first time I've seen it in fabric. Very nice!
This is very cool! Would be great to do something like this for the B&W challenge!
